If later entitled to a second or third star, its bar would be worn: FRANCE
AND GERMANY or AIR CREW EUROPE. Regulations only allow one bar to
be worn with the Star. When the ribbon is worn alone, a silver rosette
ribbon emblem is worn to denote the award of a bar.
