social and economic problems. On 25 January 1997, an agreement was
signed in Bangui, and from 31 January 1997 an inter-African force in the
Central African Republic was established in order to restore peace and
security in the Central African Republic by monitoring the implementation
of the Bangui agreements. Awarded for 90 days consecutive service
between 15 April 1998 to 28 February 2000.
